Paula Clark, Practice Administrator
Paula brings almost thirty years experience to Boyd Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has worked for Dr. Boyd as his Practice Administrator for fourteen years. Throughout Paula's work experience in the health field she has completed many continuing education classes and is on track to complete her Small Business Management certification from Bradley University in May of 2008. Paula sets the tone of Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology with her philosophy of treating others the way she would like to be treated. By promoting the “family like” atmosphere at Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology, Paula feels patients can easily connect with the health care providers and staff. Paula was certified in Small Business Management from Bradley University in 2008. |
Linda Sleaford, Billing/Coding Coordinator
Linda has worked for Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology for fourteen years, and her thirty years of health field experience ensures that our patients receive the most reliable information. She attends seminars to continually keep up with coding changes and new procedures. She truly enjoys the day to day challenge of being entrusted with all aspects of coding and billing procedures, especially as Dr. Boyd offers new and innovative procedures. Linda is a leader in making sure that everyone is treated fairly amongst providers and staff. She is also a Certified Professional Coder. |
Donna Rademaker, Benefits Specialist Coordinator
Donna has been working for Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology for 5 years and has been working in the health industry for 16 years. Donna enjoys being able to help patients with their insurance issues and working out payment plans for those patients who need them. She is proud to work for an office where our staff remains the same each time the patient visits.

Leslie Leitner, Marketing Manager
Leslie brings almost 20 years of marketing experience to Boyd Obstetrics & Gynecology. She joined the practice this summer. She really enjoys marketing the minimally invasive procedures that Dr. Boyd specializes in. "Women's healthcare has taken such a progressive step forward in safety, convenience, and comfort and it is awesome to work for a physician that realizes that and wants the best that he can offer his patients," states Leslie.

Katrina Jones, Director of Nursing
Katrina brings twenty three years of nursing experience to our practice. Providing care to others is what Katrina loves the most about her job. Furthermore, Katrina feels the autonomy that Boyd Obstetrics & Gynecology provides is just one the things that puts this office ahead of the rest.

Joann, Inhouse - Laboratory Coordinator
Joann brings 20 plus years of health field experience to Dr. Boyd's office. She worked at both Methodist and OSF St. Francis Hospitals before working almost 10 years for Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology. Joann truly enjoys our staff and patients, and appreciates that Dr. Boyd believes in providing his patients with the most modern in-house lab testing instruments.

Rosalie Reason, Surgical Technologist
Rosalie received her certificate in Surgical Technology from Illinois Central College and has been working in the health field for 16 years. She is new to Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology as Dr. Boyd felt it was necessary to better serve his patients by having our own dedicated Surgical Technologist on staff. She truly enjoys assisting Dr. Boyd in surgery. She likes that the atmosphere at Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology promotes that each of us make a difference in the health of our patients.

Cheryl, Front Office Supervisor
Cheryl has been working in the health field for almost ten years, for seven of these years she has worked at Boyd Obstetrics & Gynecology. She truly enjoys staying busy by helping our patients with their scheduling issues and getting to know each patient on a more personal level.

Rhonda, Registered Nurse, BSN
Rhonda has been in the health field for almost 20 years. She has been working for Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology for 14 of those 20. Along with her BSN she has completed Basic Fetal Monitoring courses and Neonatal Resuscitation. She particularly likes being a part of patient education whether it is pregnancy, postpartum, pre or post op, breastfeeding, or general women's health. One thing she respects about Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology is the way the providers manage their patients on an individual basis. |
Mary, LPN
Mary has been with Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology for 10 of her 40+ years in the health industry. She received her degree from St. Mary's in LaSalle, Illinois. Her favorite part of working at Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology is getting to know the patients. She enjoys working with Dr.Boyd because he treats everyone with respect.

Brea Allen, RN
Brea has been working in the health field for 14 years, becoming a Registered Nurse in 2001. She attended OSF College of Nursing where she earned her RN and BSN degrees. Brea is a Newborn Infant Care Educator at Methodist Medical Center and has been educating new mothers since 2005. She has worked in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and the Level II Nursery. She is certified in NRP and CPR. She enjoys the interaction with patients the most and likes that Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology promotes a team atmosphere. |
Amecia, Front Office Staff
Of the five years that Amecia has been in the health industry, she has worked at Boyd Obstetrics & Gynecology for two years. She has earned her Medical Coding Specialist Diploma and is currently enrolled at Midstate college in the Medical Office Assistant program.

Front Office Assistant
Annie is a full time student at Olivet Nazarene University where she is a sophomore. She is a graduate of Dunlap High School and has always been interested in the medical field. She posses excellent multi-tasking skills and provides a positive connection with our patients as our front office assistant. She truly enjoys the positive work environment and our patients. |
Michelle St. Louis, Provider Assistant
Michelle has been working in the health industry for 11 years. She worked at Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology for several years before moving out of state. We are thrilled to have her back! She earned her Associates Degree from Illinois Central College, studied environmental biology at Eastern Illinois University, and is attending nursing school in 2009. She loves that our providers and staff are “down to earth” and friendly. |
Karen Schierer, Registered Nurse
Karen comes to Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Labor and Delivery Department at Methodist Medical Center. She is a graduate of the Methodist School of Nursing where she has earned credentials as a Registered Nurse, CPR, NRP, as well as AWHONN. She loves that she meets new people everyday and enjoys teaching patient education to pregnant women, new parents, pre and post operative procedure care, as well as routine gynecology questions. She enjoys the Boys Obstetric and Gynecology staff because of the team work, and the respect that providers give to employees and patients.

Joan Hufford, LPN
Joan just recently joined the Boyd Obstetrics and Gynecology team after working for 15 years in the health industry. She brings a variety of experience from reconstructive surgery to family practice medicine. She received her degree from Missouri Southern State College and has also earned certification as an anesthesiology assistant. What she enjoys most about her job here is the one on one patient contact. She appreciates that the work environment is a positive one to work in and that everyone helps one another out.
